SUPER ASPIRE HI-GLOSS TILE COAT EXTERIOR PREMIUM EMULSION is one of our Premium Range of Latex based Exterior emulsion Paint suitable for application on Roof Tiles. It Adds Excellent Aesthetic value to your building Roofs. It has Anti-Algae and Anti-Fungal Properties which will keep your roof tiles sweep and clean for a longer time. Natural clay tiles will no longer look ugly with fungal formation. It is durable and will last for a minimum of 5-6 years.
Ensure that the surface is properly prepared as per requirement
| PRIMING / UNDERCOAT | Apply super coat water base exterior primer as required. Smoothen the surface. Wipe clean with a cloth. |

| MIXING RATIO | Add 350 – 400 ml potable water to one liter of paint. Mix well and the paint is ready to use. |
| APPLICATION | Apply by Brush / Roller. |
| FINISH | Smooth semi-glossy finish. |
| COVERING CAPACITY | 60-70 Sq. ft per liter for 2 coats on a properly prepared surface. |
| WASHABILITY | Medium washability. |
| DRYING TIME | Surface Dry: 45-60 Minutes. Hard Dry: 4-5 Hours. |
| INTERVAL BETWEEN COATS | Apply the second coat after 5-6 hours |
| SHELF LIFE | 2-3 years when kept in Original closely-held container / unopened |
| STABILITY OF MIXED PAINT | To be used within 24 hours otherwise, it will dry. |
