Best practices to be followed before paint application

• Ensure that the surfaces be free from any loose foreign particles, chalkiness, paint flakes, Oil, Dust,  Greases, Fungus & Algae, etc.
• Clean the surface with a wire brush, sanding, mopping until the foreign particles are removed and clean with ample water, and allow the surface to dry for some time.
• Fill the Cracks and Joints with Sealer or white Cement.
• For newly concreted buildings and surfaces allow a minimum period of at least one month to cure properly before taking up painting.
